Sipping Chocolate is a decadent indulgence that dates back to early Mayan civilization. Although the terms "sipping chocolate", "hot chocolate", and "hot cocoa" are sometimes used interchangeably, sipping chocolate is much different in that it uses dark chocolate melted into warm milk - not powder. For a truly decadent experience, slowly whisk 1/2 cup of sipping chocolate into 8 oz. of steamed milk. Whisk until complete melted. On a warm day, try it over ice!*Note - sipping chocolate on its own contains no dairy, and is absolutely delightful in steamed almond or coconut milk!
