Here is a small collection of cakes I have created in the last year. Click

My mom used to make the coolest cakes. I remember
being a little girl and watching her decorate spectacular
wedding cakes. She always created an amazing cake
for our birthday. In fact, my first store bought birthday
cake was for my 18th birthday!
I have always loved baking. Shortly after high school,
my mom began teaching me how to decorate cakes. I
LOVED it, and it's become a hobby that I haven't
stopped since.
I only use the freshest, finest ingredients I can get my
hands on. I love creating unique fillings and cake
flavors. I believe that a wedding cake is truly a work of
art. I also believe that it should taste just as incredible
as it looks.
